I can't find the book I'm looking for

All of the books on our shelves have been carefully picked for your enjoyment.

If there is a book that you would love then please email us with the details and we will check it out and let you know when it's available on the website to purchase.

How do pre-orders work?

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the ability to purchase and item before it’s
been released on the general market. Essentially you're buying an out of stock item. Book release dates are often announced months ahead of them being available in the shops, which allows you to purchase the book ready for it’s release day. Β 

Placing a pre-order

Pre-orders are placed and paid for in the same way as normal orders. The only difference is when you receive your delivery. As the books are not available at the time of ordering your order will not be processed in line with our deliveries policy. You order will be safely held until the books release date, and dispatched to you on or after that that date (depending on the legal embargoes for each book).

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within β€˜My Account’ providing the order has not been fulfilled. If you have any problems, you can always email us and we will assist you with the changes needed.

What happens on delivery day?

They will be delivered to the address on our order. Β The chances are you will have forgotten all about the wonderful books waiting to be dispatched to you on release day, but we all know book mail is the best mail. And surprise book mail is even better!

We currently only deliver to UK

How much is delivery?

Books - Delivery is FREE to the UK and sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail 48HR tracked service

Ecerything else - Delivery is FREE to the UK and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to get orders out to you as soon as possible.

Our orders are dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) within 2-5 working days of the order being placed.

Pre-order products will be dispatched on or just after their release date.

My order hasn't arrived. Can you help?

Of course! We will do everything we can to help track down your order.

Please email us with your name, order address, and order number and we will look into this for you.

What happens if my order is lost/stolen?

No problem! Please email us with your name, order address and order number and we will try to find your parcel.

If it cannot be found we will replace or refund the order for you!

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Unfortunately not. For insurance purposes we have to dispatch orders to the address on the order.

If you realise you have made a mistake you will need to cancel the order and resubmit it correctly.

Please note that orders are cancelled manually and an email request will need to be sent to us before 1pm on the day of ordering (or 1pm the day after
if ordering overnight). Cancelling after this time is not possible.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Yes orders can be cancelled manually by following these rules.

You can cancel your order before 1pm on the day of ordering (or the day after if placed overnight). After this time the order will be sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.

For example:

An order placed at 9:3am on Tuesday can be cancelled before 1:0pm the same day.

An order placed at 9:30pm on Tuesday can be cancelled before 1:00pm on Wednesday (the following day.)

This is inclusive of weekends.Yes

It is not possible to edit your order. You will need to cancel and resubmit, as above.

What is the returns policy?

We gladly accept returns if there is a problem with your order.

Please email us within 14 days of placing the order and we will do anything we can to assist.

Please note that your order will need to be returned to us within 30 days of placing the order for a refunding to be issued.

Return postage will be at the customers own cost and we highly recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.

Orders must arrive back to us in the original condition. Should the item arrive back damaged then a refund will not be issued.

How do I request a refund?

We are sorry to hear that you aren't 100% happy with your order and would like a refund.

Please email us with your name, order address, order number, and the problem you have experienced and we will help you.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. We are an online retailer. You can buy our books in our online shop and get them delivered right to your door.
